Select a small tissue sample from these lobsters in our labs in Madison, WI. 

Grow the meat in a safe and controlled environment with a nutrient rich solution called media. 

Isolate individual lobster cells from the tissue and prepare to grow meat.

Harvest delicious, nutritious, shell-free, cell-cultured lobster meat for  consumers to enjoy.
